CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS:

❖   The guava fruit contains vitamin A, C, iron, phosphorus and calcium. It has more vitamin


C than the orange. The fruit contains saponin, oleanolic acid, lyxopyranoside, arabopyranoside, guaijavarin, quercetin and flavonoids.
